In this Episode Chad and Nick have another great discussion with another guest speaker. In this episode we talk about anxiety with our very own, Karyssa Shaw. Or as we like to call her...K-Dawg.

Karyssa has been battling anxiety for many years and shares with us her journey as well as talks about ways that she manages it everyday.

We also discuss the many factors in our daily life that can increase our anxiety as well as proven ways that can decrease it.

 

Vitamin D, exercise, water, as well as breathing techniques as a way of controlling anxiety.

Although some people may have a harder time managing stress and anxiety, Karyssa will be the first one to tell you that you need to be able to control the controlables. It will always be a lot easier to control what you can control, instead of trying to control what you cannot.
