Dr. Hayden graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2020 before continuing his education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2023.
During his undergraduate experience at UMass Amherst, Dr. Hayden competed as a sprinter on the Track and Field team, serving as a team captain during his junior and senior seasons. His background as a competitive athlete sparked his passion for helping others stay healthy, move better, and perform at a high level.
Alongside his athletic career, Dr. Hayden worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, where he coached both small and large group training sessions. During this time, he earned his Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) certification and gained valuable experience working with clients of all ages and abilities from beginner exercisers to competitive athletes.
While completing his physical therapy education, Dr. Hayden had the opportunity to treat a wide variety of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, helping individuals who simply wanted to live a pain-free lifestyle as well as athletes training for marathons, endurance races, and challenging outdoor pursuits like mountain summits.
Dr. Hayden is passionate about providing high-quality, personalized physical therapy programs that combine hands-on treatment, strength training, and movement-based rehabilitation.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hayden enjoys running, playing golf, spending time at the beach, boating, and staying active with friends and family.
