What Is NormaTec Recovery?

 NormaTec is the leader in rapid recovery in the rehab and fitness industry . Recovery is an integral part of every athlete’s training and Proform PT ensures it is equipped with the latest technology in recovery systems. We offer the Normatec PULSE PRO Recovery System as part of your rehab program. The recovery system is a dynamic compression device designed for the recovery and rehab settings to facilitate quicker healing between training sessions and after physical performance.

 Our system includes a control unit and attachments that conform to the legs, arms, or hips. It utilizes compressed air to massage your limbs, mobilize fluid and speed recovery. When you experience the NormaTec Pulse Pro, you will first be introduced to a pre-inflate cycle. During this time the connected attachments are molded to you exact body shape. The session will then begin by compressing your foot, hands, or upper thigh (depending on which attachment is being used). Similar to kneading and stroking experienced during a massage, each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and then release. This action will be repeated for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your limb.
